Engineering Site Survey

This is the very first stage of our intervention as part of a solution to our client’s complaint. Together with the operator, we visit our client’s site to gather preliminary information as well as well as establish the facts which will be analysed thereafter. The main objectives of this exercise are:

Design And Commercial Proposal

Based on the information gathered during surveys, a technical design / proposal is made with a simulation of what is expected (KPIs) after our solution is implemented. This technical and commercial proposal is submitted to our client for appreciation and eventual validation for implementation.

Implementation & Commissioning

The designed solution is implemented and commissioned as per the proposal submitted to the client. This is the most important stage and here we ensure that no stone is left unturned in providing.

After Sales Support

To ensure that the Total Cost of Ownership of our solutions are maintained to minimal levels, we will ensure that post installation and commissioning, we offer 24/7 maintenance support. This will create a lasting bond between us and our clients and gives them the peace of mind they need.

Out-Door Solution

Due to difficult terrains such as hills, thick forests, tall buildings,reflection and refractions, some of the signals that leave the base station get attenuated.It is therefore imperative to use some sort of a signal booster or repeater to amplify the signals and extend coverage to the initial target area which the BTS aimed at reaching but due to attenuation, couldn?t. We provide a wide range of repeaters to resolve coverage issues in open spaces orsome dark spots such as Stadiums, High-ways, Farms, villages and small settlements where it is not justifiable for an operator to invest in constructing a BTS.

IBS (DAS And Fibre Optic DAS)

The IBS can be made up of an active equipment such as a repeater or BTS (Pico or Micro) and a Distributed Antenna System (DAS) to wireless signal improve coverage inside buildings such as Hospitals, Hotels, Shopping malls and office complexes. A DAS uses various components (Active or Passive) such as Diplexers, couplers, duplexers, splitters, antennas, line amplifiers, coaxial cables, all specifically connected to radiate signals inside a building. Some of these components are active (requires power to function) while others function without the requirement of power (passive). We also have small plug and play home boosters for Small Office Home Offices (SOHO) to address the challenges faced by this category of end-users whose requirements do not justify any further investment from the MNOs, due to the low traffic generated by them.

Mobile Operators

As a mobile operator, we can cooperate as follows:
 
a. “Sales Only” Approach: With this approach, we only sell our solutions to the operator directly and they in return deploy the services to their end users. With this approach, it is incumbent on the operator to carry out installations and after sales services if they have in house capacity to do so.
 
b. “Strategic Partnership” Approach: With this approach, we will enter into a strategic agreement with the operator to cater for all customer complaints related to poor coverage and quality problems. If there is a customer complaint, a ticket will be generated to us and we will follow the agreed upon procedures to address the complaint and make a proposal to the operator who will in return decide to “Go” or “Not Go” based on the business justification for the particular opportunity. The advantage of this approach is the fact that it gives the operator to focus on selling Airtime while we focus on enhancing their coverage issue.

Individuals/Corporate

House Owners, Farmers, Hospital Owners, Restaurant Owner, Stadiums, large Building Owners and Hotel Owners all fall under this category. Some of the network complaints coming from these users might not justify investment from the operators in the form of installing a new Base Station or installing an In-building DAS in a bid to resolve their issues. That is where we come in to provide solutions directly to you because you. We will work closely with your to understand your needs and customise a solution within your budget.
 
We believe that each building today should have provision for In-Building Solutions just like any other utility:Water, Light, gas and internet. With this in mind, we will work with all Building owners to introduce the concept of “Cellular as a Service”. With this option, occupants/tenants of buildings will be paying a token for cellular services just like with electricity and others, to compensate for the provision of seamless and ubiquitous coverage inside the buildings provided by the owner during the construction of the building.
